Finished

Yesterday after school I drove to the mechanics to pay him. Total was $1111 so I put in on my Visa. Then I dropped Isaiah off at my friends and went to work. I quit my new job as FE because I was working till 11 at night and waking up at 6:30 to get Isaiah and I ready for school. She wasn't mad, so thats good. My boyfriend picked me up after work and drove me to the mechanics to get my car so I drove it home and he followed me, then we went for a drive and just talked. He let me drive his car too! Its a Chrysler 300 with 22" rims & a $700 grill. It looks really cool. He is really nice too. Were still at the "getting to know each other" stage. Hopefully it works out and then Isaiah can have a daddy. He takes possession of his house on May 15th. Then he is going to renovate the outside of it this summer. He is a roofer so he is going to put a new roof on it and siding.

I asked my Socials teacher yesterday if I could switch my class to PACES and finish the rest of the Units there because I don't really have time to study. I am always to tired and can't focus and don't want to fail. We have a test on Thursday, and I don't think I know anything. She told me on Thursday I can come get the test, and go to PACES and write it open book, and none of the classmates will know. She also promised me I wont fail, because by the end of the year she can always throw some numbers in there! She said baby always comes first. I was really happy to hear that. But it doesn't mean I will quit trying!

About a month ago my friend was missing a lot of school, so I was bugging her and was like "whats going on" and she told me she was having mental issues. I kinda said in a joking, but truthful way "you need Jesus." She just laughed at me. Yesterday when I was walking uptown at lunch to get my moms car I ran into her and shes like "Jenna, I want to go to church with you" so I told her on Sunday if I wasn't working. Which I really hope I'm not because I haven't been to church in a month and I am missing it! Everyone thinks I am partying again, but truth be told I go and hang out with friends at parties sometimes, but rarely drink as I am the designated driver!

Fed Up

I am Fed Up. With School, Work & My Car.

School - no matter how hard I try to pay attention & get things done I am unsuccesful. I am to tired, to pay attention and I do not own time after school to catch up or complete homework. I just wish I could give up now. but no 6 more weeks, it would be a waste of time! i did make it to the honor roll however, but i have a feeling this term i will end up failing socials.. i also need my correspondence math finished by September!

Work - i would much rather be at home with my Isaiah. I lack too much of him but without money I am useless.

My Car - i hate my car. i want it back now! have not driven it for a good couple weeks. it is a 98, very unreliable. but what can I do? buying a new car will cost too much with monthly payments.

Changes

Isaiah has been growing up so much lately! He is turning from a baby into a toddler. If you ask him where his belly is he hits his belly and smiles. & if you ask him where his socks is he points at his feet, or tries to put his socks on. Its so cute. He also LOVES going to the park. He likes to swing on the swing, and go down the slide. I just set him at the top of the slide, and he crawls into it and I meet him at the bottom, and he giggles all the way down! Its so cute! He also highly enjoys walks. I try to take him for a walk everyday but somtimes I am too busy with work. I've worked 3 hours extra so far this week, and will probably work another hour or so extra too. Looking forward to my paycheque even though it will be gone the next day from paying the mechanic off! Im hoping to have my car on Monday!

& the World Comes Crashing Down

Ugh.... So I got my car towed to the mechanics today. & all I have to say is im in debt!

- Visa: $150
- Mechanic: $200 now, soon to be more.
- Telus: $150
- Insurance in a month: $1000

Bank Account currently has $3.03. Cannnoot wait till next payday (May 8th) to pay off some bills!




Other news.

I started FE training last night, which is closing for the night and bossing the other cashiers around hehe.. I got stephie hired, cannot wait till she starts..
I have 29 hours this week x $11 per hour, = nice paychek for me.. but sucks cuz I will be lacking my Isaiah!

Bought another car.

Yesterday I bought a 95 Neon for $400. I drove it to my house without insurance because the guy I bought it from lived a couple streets away. I just randomly went to his house and asked if he wanted to sell it lol. My car has been at Wholesale for about a week, and its dead. My friend in 2nd year mechanics told me its my fuel pump. Im going to use the 95 neon for parts because the guy smashed up the body pretty bad. Its still cheaper to use it as a parts car then to get all the parts! I just wish I had bought this car a few weeks earlier, because I just spent $200 on getting a used strut for my car!

Scoop up the Poop

So this week was good & bad. Saturday night my mom let me take her car to Kitimat and she watched Isaiah. Left there around 1am. I met a new friend and drove him back to Terrace too, and my friend followed us back in her car with her brother. We had a fun nite. Then the next day she came uptown with me and I bought Isaiah a new pair of robeez with a bear on them. They are cute! I had to work at 5pm so I dropped her off at home later and when I got to work I put it in reverse to back it into the parking stall and my car died! So now I get to drive my moms Buick around part time. I love her car, but am very sad mine is dead. I already owe the mechanic $200 and I need to fix a gasket on the car (not head gasket) and if thats not the reason it died I will be owing more $$$! I am just waiting for the parts to come in.. and for him to get back from holidays. If theres more than the gasket wrong with it and if it costs me over $500 to fix I am buying a new car! But for now its parked at the Wholesale! Last night I parked my moms car beside mine and a trucker blocked it and was sleeping in his cab so I had to wake him up to get my car out! If my neon wasnt parked there I couldve gotten out. I felt bad for waking him up. I love the Chrysler 300's.

Isaiah's Roughest Week

Isaiah had a rough week. His 1 year shots he got on the 25th and they kicked in a couple days later and he got a fever for 3-4 days then a rash on his whole body I think its chicken pox, it looks like it anyways. He also got a stomach flu, probably from daycare, and passed it on to my mom, then my dad, then me and now my brother. On top of that he hit his head and got a cut on his head, and he bit his lip! I feel so bad for him!

Too Much Stress

I feel so stressed right now! There just isn't enough time in a day. I have to go to school 8:30 to 3:30 and on my lunch hours when I visit my baby he is so grumpy because he misses me. Then I have to work 5-9 tonight, and Isaiah's bedtime is normally around 8ish! And I get to repeat this day tomorrow and many more days in the next 3 months. Friday I have to miss the afternoon of school due to work because I dont think my supervisor realized we have school this Friday.. and the afternoon that day is block A & B which are my most important classes. I feel like giving up on school, but that would be to easy! I cant give up! Plus I just walked by my car on lunch hour and noticed a pool of oil. I didnt have any when I came back from Edmonton so I had to borrow my moms car which her insurance doesnt even cover me, and I bought a new drain plug since thats the reason my car is leaking is because I turned it the wrong way, but I think its scripted on the inside because it just wouldn't go tight! I just cant wait till the summer, so much more stress free.

* On a side note, Elisa made my day a bit better just by being in town and seeing her on lunch!

Homeade Whole Wheat Buns

Yummy, I just made homeade whole wheat buns! I've never made buns before and they are soo good! I am making turkey dinner tonite, so I can enjoy it with my mom brother as I am leaving for Edmonton tomorow and having Easter dinner with my cousins & great aunt on friday and it will just be me, my dad and Isaiah going!

One Hundred Dolla

Okay so I called the millionth and sixty eighth auto wrecker in Edmonton. Finally found one, and its only $100. That is cheap considering a few of the other places told me if they did have on it would be $200 - $300 not including instalation. That is bazaire that they would charge that much on a used sunroof, but whatever! I am happy I found one for $100. Now lets just hope or pray that when I get to Edmonton, its in good condition and I dont have any problems!

Jeremiad

* I misplaced my teachers USB card. I remember packing it last night, and I would have put it either in my coat or binder, but this morning it was no where to be seen. Now I must take responsibility to replace it.

* I put my child tax cheque in my pocket a couple days ago, and did not deposit it in the bank and now its gone. (Mabey I need to use a wallet instead of my front coat pocket 99.9% of the time)

* A rock smashed my sunroof, and I dont have the money to replace it & have no luck finding one from a wrecker therefore I will have to spend $410 or be roofless if I dont find one soon.

* The focus I still dont know if Im going to buy, isnt as great as I thought it was.

* I have to go back to work on Sunday.

On the bright side, my cousin Becky who I haven't seen in ages arrived in town last nite at 1am with her boyfriend who is from here. Very wierd since I was traveling back from Smithers and if I hadnt stopped and got a hotel for the night in Hazelton, would have arrived to Terrace at the same time! Cant wait to see her tomorow!

Okay so I did a lean search, it was good. Then I took the focus to the mechanics and he is a good friend of my uncles and dads and he told me it probably isnt worth it. The car has been painted on the front bumper, meaning they hit somthing. There is also random dents that he said looked really wierd and dont make sense. Also one of the tire rims are bent so I dont know? He said he has a bad feeling about that car. So i'm thinkning no? But then again I dont know?

$410

I called a million places and they dont have sunroofs and dodge said they could order one from the states but its $410. This stinks. Pray that I will be able to find a wrecker with one somewhere, maby even in Edmonton since Ill be there next month.

Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Okay so I was driving to church (im in smithers) and I was on the highway and a rock hit my sunroof (on the neon) and now its shattered! I dont know if I can go home now because it cracks more each time im on the highway! So stupid and I dont have the money to pay for it :(
